Billing Policy
Freightscaler subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Effective date: March 9, 2026. This policy explains how Freightscaler charges, renewals, cancellations, payment failures, and refund requests are handled.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout.
Freightscaler Pro is billed at $4 per month unless a different live offer is shown at checkout.
Plan changes
Freightscaler currently offers one recurring monthly plan unless a different offer is shown at checkout.
Payment failures
Freightscaler may limit or remove paid access if recurring charges fail and the subscription is not recovered.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations stop future renewals. Current billing periods are not refunded.
Cancellation
- You can cancel through the available billing management link when it is shown in your account.
- Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal but does not automatically reverse charges already paid.
- Access may continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
- Subscription purchases are final and are generally not refundable.
- Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal and does not refund the current billing period.
- Exceptions may be made only for duplicate charges, fraudulent charges, or where required by law.
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate suspension, permanent bans, and the loss of future service eligibility.
