How do I cancel a paid plan?

Open the billing page, refresh your current subscription, and use billing management when it is available. If you cannot access that flow, contact support.

Will cancellation refund the current charge automatically?

No. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your access stays active until the current billing period ends.

How do I request a refund?

Freightscaler does not generally provide refunds. If you believe there was a duplicate or fraudulent charge, email support with the purchase email and charge date.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account inside the app and use the delete account section. Active paid plans must be cancelled first.

Why is my account blocked?

Blocked accounts are usually tied to payment issues, policy violations, or manual review. The account screen will show the current status and support can review it.

How do I get help fast?

Send the account email, a short description of the issue, and any relevant charge or timing details to support@freightscaler.com.
