FreightscalerRoute risk for small fleets

Privacy Policy

Freightscaler keeps member, billing, and support data narrowly tied to operating the service.

Effective date: March 9, 2026. This policy explains what Freightscaler collects, why it is collected, and how account, billing, and support data are handled.

What we collect

Only the information needed to run the app, manage access, and support customers.

Freightscaler relies on third-party services for account access, billing, hosting, and security. Those services may process limited data on Freightscaler's behalf.

How data is used

Freightscaler uses data to operate the service, enforce access, and respond to abuse.

Operate the app

Account and profile data are used to authenticate members, show account state, and provide access to protected product areas.

Run billing

Billing data is used to create checkouts, reconcile billing events, manage subscriptions, and determine paid feature eligibility.

Security and moderation

Freightscaler may review logs and audit records to prevent abuse, suspend accounts, investigate chargebacks, and protect the service.

Retention and requests

Operational and billing records may be retained when needed for security or accounting.

Account records, billing identifiers, and audit logs may be kept as long as required to run the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and investigate misuse. Requests regarding your account can be sent to support@freightscaler.com.
