Name, email address, avatar, and company details you provide through sign-in or profile setup.
Role, account status, and internal audit records used to control access and investigate abuse.

Billing data

Customer, order, and subscription identifiers tied to your paid plan.
Subscription status, renewal dates, cancellation state, and limited billing event records.

Usage and device data

Basic request logs, IP-derived security data, and traffic diagnostics.
Product usage needed to secure the app, rate-limit abuse, and understand failures.

Support communications

Emails sent to Freightscaler support addresses.
Messages related to billing problems, account reviews, suspensions, and restore requests.

How data is used

Freightscaler uses data to operate the service, enforce access, and respond to abuse.

Operate the app

Account and profile data are used to authenticate members, show account state, and provide access to protected product areas.

Run billing

Billing data is used to create checkouts, reconcile billing events, manage subscriptions, and determine paid feature eligibility.

Security and moderation

Freightscaler may review logs and audit records to prevent abuse, suspend accounts, investigate chargebacks, and protect the service.

Freightscaler does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers strictly to run authentication, billing, hosting, and support workflows.

Retention and requests

Operational and billing records may be retained when needed for security or accounting.
