Terms of Service

Freightscaler is an operational software service, not an insurance product or dispatch guarantee.

Effective date: March 9, 2026. These terms govern your access to Freightscaler websites, applications, billing flows, and related support services.

Service terms

Use of the service is conditioned on accurate account information and lawful conduct.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your login, and all activity under your account.

Permitted use

You may use Freightscaler only for lawful business or evaluation purposes. Reverse engineering, scraping, credential abuse, or interference with the service is prohibited.

Operational judgment

Freightscaler provides decision support signals. Final route, dispatch, and safety decisions remain your responsibility.

Suspension and termination

Freightscaler may restrict or remove access to protect the product and its users.

Freightscaler may suspend, ban, or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, repeated policy violations, non-payment, or behavior that threatens service integrity. Suspensions may occur without prior notice when reasonably necessary.

Liability and contact

The service is provided on an as-available basis with commercially reasonable limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freightscaler disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@freightscaler.com.
